Charlottetown Privateers Varsity Team

The 2014 Champion Varsity Privateers play in the PEI Tackle Football League competing against teams from Cornwall, Souris, and Summerside. The season runs from mid-August through October, with home games and practices played at Longworth Field close to Birchwood School. Practices are typically held three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm with one game a week played on weekends.

Players age 15 to 18 living in Charlottetown and Stratford are eligible to play with the Privateers and we are always looking for new players attending Colonel Gray or Charlottetown Rural to come out and give football a try.
