Injury & Insurance Information

It's mandatory that all members of the Privateers Football Club are covered under the accident and liability insurance package that Football PEI's governing body, Sport PEI, provides.
The insurance premium is based on the number of individuals insured and may vary from sport to sport/year to year depending on the claims history of the organization and associated risks with the sport.
The cost of insurance for each Privateers Football Club athlete is included in their yearly registration costs and the insurance policy coverage is in effect from May 1 of the calendar year in which dues are paid until April 30 of the following year.

Processing an Injury Insurance Claim is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

STEP 1: The Claim Notification Form must be completed and sent to Sport PEI within 30 days of the accident. This form must be signed by the Provincial Representative of your organization.
